When my family travels, I either take yarn with me, or I shop for yarn along the way.

I love to knit and crochet. When my family travels, I take my yarn, hooks, and needles with me. I work on small projects during the trip. It passes the time, making the trip seem shorter. If, by chance, I forget to take my supplies with me, I have my husband stop at a craft store along the way. I buy a few skeins of yarn, and a hook or a needle. Sometimes I am able to find brands of yarn that my local stores do not carry. If that’s the case, I find myself buying more than a few skeins.
