Do You Wear Sunglasses On Your Kids?

By admin | December 6, 2008

Children’s eyes are especially sensitive to the effects of the ultraviolet rays from the sun. When you take your child outside, do you put sunscreen on him or her? While you are in the process of protecting their skin, how about having them protect their little eyes with a pair of Horatio Caine sunglasses. Constant and excessive exposure to the sun can damage their eyes causing such diseases as early aging, cataracts, macular degeneration and photokeratitis. Make sure whatever style of sunglasses and the color of the lenses are that they provide 100% of UVA and UVB protection for their eyes.
